What to Expect from the Graduate Programme

Aquatec’s 12-month Graduate Programme offers an excellent foundation for a career in subsea technology. It begins with an in-depth induction, providing valuable insight into our technologies and their offshore applications.

Throughout the year, participants receive ongoing mentorship and develop a wide range of skills that support their professional growth. Many who complete the programme successfully go on to secure permanent roles within our close-knit team.

The programme includes hands-on experience across various departments, including Engineering, Production, Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, Office Administration, and QHSE.
